Every stay includes a full breakfast, your own private room, access to a shared family room and full bathroom, plus use of the backyard. All of this is just steps from the beach and close to everything you’ll want to see and do.

October 1 – April 30

Nightly Rate: $168.00/night + tax (2 person max)
Cleaning fee: $100.00 per stay
Minimum stay: 2 nights

High Season

May 1 – September 30

Nightly Rate: $225.00 / night + tax (2 person max)
Cleaning fee: $100.00 per stay
Minimum stay: 2 nights

*Longer stays may qualify for a discount depending on availability.

Please note: the kitchen is not accessible to guests.
No smoking anywhere on the property.
No overnight guests.
Pets may be approved based on breed, size, and temperament.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that any cancellations be made within 48 hours of booking to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable. Thank you so much for your understanding.
